En 2015, le CSP Neuch\u00e2tel devient une Fondation priv\u00e9e, ind\u00e9pendante de l\u2019EREN.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 22.5pt;vertical-align: baseline;text-align: start;margin: 0cm 0cm 9.0pt 0cm\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;font-family: 'Lato',sans-serif;color: #393939\">Fondateur du CSP Neuch\u00e2tel, le pasteur Andr\u00e9 Clerc a fait preuve d\u2019un grand esprit de pionnier. En 1977, le pasteur Francis Berthoud lui a succ\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l&rsquo;institution. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9, en 2001, par le pasteur Fran\u00e7ois Dubois. D\u2019avril 2007 \u00e0 mai 2022, la direction a \u00e9t\u00e9 assum\u00e9e par Pierre Borer, assistant social. Depuis le 1er juin 2022, le CSP Neuch\u00e2tel s&rsquo;est dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;un nouveau mod\u00e8le directionnel de \u00ab\u00a0top sharing\u00a0\u00bb avec la mise en place d&rsquo;une codirection. Cette derni\u00e8re est assur\u00e9e par Mesdames M\u00e9lanie M\u00fcller et Aur\u00e9lie Planas.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;margin-bottom: .0001pt;line-height: 22.5pt;vertical-align: baseline;text-align: start\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;font-family: 'Lato',sans-serif;color: #393939\">D\u00e8s sa cr\u00e9ation, le CSP Neuch\u00e2tel s\u2019est mis au service de tous ceux qui le sollicitaient sans distinction de confession ou de nationalit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;margin-bottom: .0001pt;line-height: 22.5pt;vertical-align: baseline\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.5pt;font-family: 'Lato',sans-serif;color: #393939\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Organigramme<\/h2>\n<p>Le CSP Neuch\u00e2tel est une Fondation de droit priv\u00e9. M\u00e9lanie M\u00fcller et Aur\u00e9lie Planas en sont les codirectrices, Isabelle Baume occupe la fonction de directrice adjointe et Fabienne Sallin de responsable financi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>La Fondation est administr\u00e9e par un Conseil de Fondation qui en exerce la direction supr\u00eame.
